Job Purpose
This position will support our Accounts Payable team as a Summer Intern from June 2026 – August 2026 and will be based in Nashville. This is a paid, full- time internship.
In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Process invoices, review purchase orders, aged payments, financial postings, analyze trends while gaining knowledge of transactional processes
- Gather vendor information to explore discount options and payment terms that could lead to future savings
- Develop analytical skills and hands on experience with financial postings
- Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment
- Work alongside and be coached by members of your team
- Engage with leaders across the company
What do I need to be successful?
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management skills
- General accounting knowledge
Education
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Work Environment
- This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
