The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments of patients and document outcomes in patient records.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients' responses to treatment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A current RN license and BLS certification.
• At least one year of experience as a RN, with at least six months of recent Home Health experience.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Critical thinking, service excellence, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
