    Community Physical was founded in 1986 by Bob Tripicchio, PT, MS, DSc, on the premise that people are the most important asset of any organization.

    CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services.

    Description

    Do you have a passion for geriatric rehabilitation? This is an excellent opportunity to work with the senior population in Burr Ridge within a beautiful Assisted Living/Independent Living/Memory Care campus.

    Your role will be to provide outpatient therapy services to where they live:
    EMR-Thera Office. Visits must occur during business hours, possibly 3-5 times a week, up to 10-15 hours a week.

    Community Physical Therapy is a leading therapy provider in the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin. We are looking for additional
    PRNPT coverage at King Bruwaert House, located in Burr Ridge, Illinois.

    Community Physical Therapy is devoted to the delivery of rehabilitation services in skilled nursing facilities, memory care, assisted and Independent Living and outpatient services.

    Since our beginning in 1986, CPT has remained focused on maintaining a practice that creates value as well as personal and professional growth for employees.

    Currently, we have a staff of over 500 full, part time and prn therapists.
