    Job DescriptionPosition Overview:

    Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working for our office may be the career for you We are a tight knit team in a family-oriented environment. We take pride in knowing our customers and taking care of them. This position works with our current customers in handling all of their day-to-day insurance needs. State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products.

    Responsibilities:
    • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
    • Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    • Discuss insurance coverages and answer questions from our current clients
    • Process payment transactions and discuss payment and billing options
