We are hiring a hands-on General Manager / Integrator to own revenue, operations and execution for HOA Services in Metro Atlanta. This person is the single point of accountability for growth and delivery. You will personally drive sales build local relationships professionalize operations and execute without founder micromanagement.Responsibilities
- Sell HOA services to HOA boards property management companies developers/asset managers attend local HOA property real estate events build and maintain relationships with key board members decision-makers own pitch proposals pricing within guardrails closing marketing implement local trust-driven marketing website clarity case studies local reputation relationship-based referrals test validate acquisition channels events referrals partnerships outbound avoid brand theory agency-style marketing identify operational breakdowns as revenue increases fix systems only when forced by growth document processes just enough to scale coordinate with field execution leadership ensure delivery matches sales promises act as the single accountable leader for HOA Services make day-to-day decisions without escalation hire vendors contractors as needed protect founder time has authority over sales marketing execution day-to-day operational decisions vendor selection management does not have authority over equity long-term capital allocation parent-company decisions founders provide vision targets weekly review capital support no micromanagement no co-leadership ambiguity ideal candidate profile candidates must meet most of following has run small business branch region division has personally sold services managed sales teams comfortable being face business operates well in ambiguity outcome-focused task-focused local Metro Atlanta willing relocate immediately
