    Job Title:
    Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) - OEM Delivery Manager

    Location:
    Hybrid Onsite 3 days a week in Atlanta Georgia eventually but remote initially until location in ATL is identified

    Salary:
    Starting at $175K + Bonus

    Must Have Qualifications:
    Someone with the soft skills to manage relationships at all levels. Relevant technical expertise on an

    enterprise-level software is important

    but the

    consultative, relationship building, and guiding responsible tech decisions is more key.
    Proven experience as a PLM Delivery Manager (5+ years) preferably Windchill
    Proven experience in a global company with extensive third-party logistics and contract manufacturing
    Experience in managing and leading outsourced delivery teams - (this is a big percentage of the role)

    Strong understanding of ERP (similar but not limited to:
    SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 or Workday Financials)
    Environments and integration points with PLM systems.
    Scaled Agile Framework Certification (desired)
    B.S. degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or relevant work history)
    Thorough understanding of IT governance and PLM best practices


    Job Description:


    As the Solution Architect for the IT application delivery team, you will take the lead in driving IT architecture and roadmaps within the supply chain space.

    Team is responsible for critical applications supporting manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and planning systems.

    Given that our technical teams are outsourced to a third party, we are seeking a highly skilled professional capable of effectively managing and leading outsourced delivery teams.

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

    PLM OEM Delivery Manager / Solutions Architect

    to join the team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and support of Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions within an SAP environment.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLM systems, ERP integration, and experience with people leadership.

    You will work with the global procurement, logistics and trade compliance teams and assist and train other members of the team.

    You will work closely with the business partners (product owners and SMEs), review requests, work with business to prioritize requests and assign them to the proper resources in the team.

    Youll be responsible for reviewing and approving documentation of processes and configuration, PLM system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, leading User Acceptance testing activities with offshore teams, and ensuring that proper IT Change Control and Project Management processes are adhered to.


    You will be highly experienced in materials management, warehouse management, distribution, logistics, and act as both a functional and technical expert and hands-on configurator and will have also had a broad understanding of large-scale ERP systems.


    You should have implementation experience with a global consumer electronics company or high-tech company, and understand both systems configuration, and overall systems architecture in an enterprise environment.

    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
    Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables
