Foresight Technologies is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll administration, garnishments, payroll services, payroll taxes, and payroll processing.

We are looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist with at least 3 years of experience with the following qualifications:

Experience in payroll administration, payroll services, and payroll processing
Knowledge of garnishments and payroll taxes
Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Knowledge of AZ labor laws and regulations
Certified payroll preferred
Paylocity experience preferred

Requirements:

Required Skills:
Knowledge of wage and hour laws
Knowledge of current federal and state payroll tax
Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and orientation are a must
Ability to work as a team
Ability to work with multiple interruptions and time deadlines – flexibility is key
Must be able to work independently and take initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods, working at a computer or desk
Capacity to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Capability to attend and lead meetings, events, and presentations
Mobility to move around the office and frequently navigate worksites
Manual dexterity to use office equipment and perform necessary job functions
Visual acuity to read and analyze documents and reports
Auditory ability to listen and interact during discussions and meetings
