Responsibilities
- Analyze design and optimize business processes that align with enterprise-wide systems operational best practice digital-first strategies. ,
- Promote adoption of digital enablers such as RPA AI/ML advanced analytics designing introducing new processes to achieve better business outcomes. ,
- Conduct end-to-end process reviews design optimized to-be processes perform fit-gap analysis between current processes system capabilities recommend standard functionality over custom development translate business requirements into functional specifications integration designs workflow automations collaborate with enterprise architects technical teams define system interfaces APIs data flow mappings support system selection implementation upgrades vendor assessments blueprinting configuration testing SIT/UAT champion use of digital enablers drive continuous improvement establish maintain living repository process systems blueprints support scalability governance collaborate data teams define master data governance reporting structures performance KPIs contribute change management efforts training communications adoption planning support development performance metrics KPIs assess process effectiveness enable data-driven decision-making ensure alignment regulatory compliance ESG reporting requirements perform other duties ad hoc analysis assigned management team
