Project Manager - Tooling
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Project Manager

to lead projects in our state-of-the-art automation shop. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in

tooling

and re-tooling processes, demonstrating a deep understanding of

automation technologies

and project management methodologies. Proficiency in

design

using

SolidWorks software

is crucial for this role, as you will oversee the design and implementation of complex automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage

automation projects

from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Oversee

tooling

and

re-tooling

operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness in the production processes.
Utilize

SolidWorks

to design and review automation systems, collaborating closely with the engineering team to ensure technical specifications are met.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress and potential challenges.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a

Project Manager

in an automation or manufacturing environment.
Strong background in

tooling

and

re-tooling

processes, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in

design

with

SolidWorks , with the ability to create and review technical drawings and models.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
