- Advise clients on agriculture law matters such as land use regulations, water rights, agricultural zoning, environmental compliance, and farm succession planning.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Stay current on legal developments and trends in general practice and agriculture law.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
