    Position Summary:


    The Supply Chain Analyst supports financial reporting, analytics, automation and process improvement, and cost savings for Blue Raven's Supply Chain.

    This role will create reports and dashboards to analyze supply chain spending and performance and prepare reports for senior leadership.

    This includes ensuring high data quality and overseeing proper accounting of all equipment/inventory usage, and streamlining efficient flows of data from suppliers, invoices, etc.

    Beyond reporting, this analyst will drive change and process improvement.

    This will include projects to reduce pricing with suppliers, optimize and standardize equipment used on solar installations, and automate operational process flows.

    Cross-functional collaboration and communication with other teams is critical, and will include working with Finance, Operations, and other departments as needed.


    Essential Duties:

    • Review daily transactions from each distributor to ensure accuracy of prices, invoices, and purchase orders. Drive corrective actions such as credit requests, tool purchase reimbursements, material returns, etc.
    • Assist the Accounting department to close each period, reconcile spend, and ensure accurate accruals.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Blue Raven leadership to monitor the status and health of Blue Raven's supply chain.
    • Proactively propose and coordinate business process improvements and cost savings initiatives with cross-functional departments / teams. Develop relationships, touchpoints, dashboards, and influence to improve outcomes across field and corporate teams. This includes corporate solar equipment purchases, field purchases, fleet (vehicles), and travel expenses.
    • Develop expertise in solar components and processes, especially balance of systems (electrical) to drive process efficiencies and cost savings for teams across all 22 states where Blue Raven operates.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High level Excel and analysis skills (XLookup, Dynamic Named Ranges, VBA).
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Problem solving mindset
    • Knowledge of solar the solar industry and materials is a huge plus.
    • Experience in Supply Chain and project management is strongly preferable.
