Intiva Health is looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist with the management of daily business activities and administrative tasks.
A successful candidate will have experience interacting with both internal and external stakeholders, multi-tasking, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done well.
Responsibilities:
Facilitating cross-channel feedback from employees to management and executive teamsWorking with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goalsEnsuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standardsObserving, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be madeDesigning and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operationsDelivering reports to department heads, management teams C-Suite leadership to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organizationCollaborating with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goalsAssisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, Finance or Accounting Background preferred.
Experience in office management or an administrative role.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
