Job Position: Print Room OperatorReports to: Print Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Ensure that all processed jobs are printed in a manner that meets the Quality Control standards while also meeting volume/efficiency expectations.
Some General Duties/Responsibilities:
- Print all letter jobs as they are spooled to the OCE, Ricoh and/or Xerox printers. This includes re-prints, samples, and test jobs for programming.
- Quality inspects print jobs as they are printed and assist with the QC procedures for all jobs coming off the print machines.
- Assist mechanic with loading proper stock for print jobs and set-up/adjustment of folder/cutters as needed.
- Record/enter data according to company SOP at the beginning and end of print jobs (spool files).
- Obtaining stock from WIP area to ensure timely print of jobs received from Computer Room.
- Change form rolls as appropriate at the start of new jobs.
- All other tasks as assigned by supervisor, manager, or Senior Management.
- Will comply with all current and future security and compliance requirements.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar mail facility with working knowledge of both Xerox and OCE printers. Must possess the ability to read and write English.
