Propiois the fastest-growing company in the industry and we are looking for ambitious, driven individuals with an insatiable desire for success We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support our team as we grow and take on the new challenges of becoming a global organization The Business Development Representative will be joining the Workforce OS team and is responsible for Agency sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development.
The role is based in Overland Park, KS.RESPONSIBILITIESInside Sales and Lead Generation skillsAbility to present product demos remotely and in personConduct follow-up to qualify prospects, conduct demos, and lead decisionmakers through sales cycle until contract is closed.
Reach out to referral clients and take them through discovery, demo and presentation of product, and close process.Work in a team environment and collaborate with peers, managers, and leadership to identify best practices to achieve established metrics.
Achieve established metrics, goals, and quotas.Responsible for learning the full suite of services the Company offers to provide knowledgeable information to prospects.
