    Position Overview

    As an intern on our Environmental team, you will be an integral part of projects and support key members of our team.

    Our internship program provides all interns an opportunity to meet with leadership and work with mentors on both professional and technical development.

    We also have a lot of fun – between company events, intern socials, and team bonding, our interns become a part of our ONE C&S mentality.


    Position Responsibilities:


    Perform, under close supervision, routine aspects of environmental engineering, requiring knowledge and application of principles learned in course of study.

    May use computer-assisted engineering software and equipment to perform tasks.
    Collect and prepare data for evaluation.
    Assist in the coordination of projects from conception (feasibility) through final plan preparations.
    Provide support to staff members as needed.
    Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    Must have completed sophomore year of Bachelor's degree program in Civil/Environmental Engineering.

    • Strong desire to pursue a career in civil/environmental engineering.
    Solid analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills.
    Solid organizational skills with a focus on details.
    Experience with AutoCAD preferred.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
    Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and management.
    Previous internship experience and/or involvement as an active member of related professional student association a plus.

    Estimated Compensation Range:
    $18.50-$21.50/hour**Actual compensation may vary based on prior internship experience, current academic year, degree program, certifications, and geographical location.
