We are seeking a member of the Cookie Crew at our Downtown St. Louis store located at 1136 Washington Ave St Louis MO.
As a member of the Cookie Crew you will be responsible for baking cookies taking orders according to procedure giving each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone ensuring fast warm correct delivery orders are packaged sent out handling cash payments accurately cleaning sanitizing maintaining bakery.
Responsibilities
- Promptly greet guests entering store take their orders according procedure
- Help customers understand menu items answer clarifying questions repeat orders accuracy
- Bake delicious cookies perfection scoop ice cream ensure fast warm correct delivery orders packaged sent out handle cash payments accurately have no shortages overages cleaning sanitizing maintaining bakery
