    Job Description

    You will support key product development programs and work with individuals across the company, including Engineering, Finance, Accounting, System Safety, Quality and Product Management. You'll be a key member of our growing Program Management team, supporting our growth path, driving efficiencies, keeping us on-time for various milestone and key engineering processes, telling the progress story, interacting with our customers, and delivering timely and helpful program-related financial and budget information to key stakeholders throughout the organization.

    Essential Duties

    • Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple programs, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards.
    • Implement and maintain adherence to the quality management system throughout the program lifecycle. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
    • Manage program budgets effectively, tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
    • Conduct and lead regular business reviews from an internal and external perspective
    • Utilize engineering knowledge to remove roadblocks and support the engineering process whenever needed.
    • Identify and assess program risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor risk throughout the program lifecycle. Proactively address potential issues to minimize impact on program objectives.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Technology or a related field
    • 5+ Years of Relevant experience
    • Jira, Atlassian, Confluence and/or other similar Project Management software
    • Experience running programs within ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems
    • Master's Preferred
    • Business Experience Preferred
