Job Title: Workday Integration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team at assistnow-inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and hands-on experience with Workday, particularly in developing and supporting end-to-end integrations across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Workday integrations across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Finance, and Procurement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead discussions and drive integration deployment processes.
Analyze and recommend optimizations for Workday integration health and performance.
Assess technical viability of new Workday products and functionality.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teammates on development tasks and risks.

Requirements

6+ years of IT experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience.
Deep knowledge of Workday Integrations, including EIBs, reporting, data transformation, and Integration tools like Workday Studio.
Strong security model, business process, reporting, and configuration knowledge.
Workday Orchestration experience, Workday Extend experience, and Workday Pro Certification preferred but not required.
Consulting experience in the Workday ecosystem a plus. Knowledge of SOX compliance a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to manage multiple system releases and provide impact analysis on new release features.
Good understanding of supported business functions across the Workday platform.
