    Description

    Position:
    Lead Estimator/Head of Business Development

    Location:
    Alabama (with frequent travel across multiple regions)

    Responsibilities:
    Pursue work and maintain a client contact list
    Provide budgets for prospective projects
    Stay informed with current work in the industry
    Provide budgets to customers for prospective work
    Attend pre-bids and industry events (travel is part of the job)
    Collaborate with team members to estimate projects

    Skills & Experience:
    Engineering Degree (civil or mining).
    Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred but not required
    2+ years project management/field engineering
    5+ years estimating projects within the industry
    Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D software
