Job Summary:
The
ITCloud
Administrator/Systems
Administrator role will use the skills required of a Systems Administrator in an in-house or hosted environment and a working knowledge of the skills necessary to provision, manage, monitor, and decommission cloud services.
This
ITAdministrator role also includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, cloud-based systems, and communication links.

Essential Functions
Design, troubleshoot, and manage Identity and Access management in active directory, Hybrid environments, and Azure Active Directory (EntraID).
Provide maintenance, enhancements, and implementation for Single Sign-on infrastructure, including Active Directory Services, third-party GUI, and third-party middle-tier integration.
Oversee the Office 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business applications.
Implement and manage collaboration tools and solutions within Office 365 to enhance team productivity and communication.
Manage and implement changes in the Office 365 environment, coordinating with
ITteams and stakeholders.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and critical processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Regularly Apply OS patches and upgrades and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.Maintain and plan for network infrastructure needs and growth.
Participates in On-Call Rotation.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's (4-year) degree with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science, is preferred but may substitute specialized training or work experience combined with a High School Diploma.
ExperienceTwo years of experience managing and supporting cloud-based infrastructure and services.
Two years of experience supporting Microsoft Office 365, Azure Identity, and other Microsoft collaborative tools.
Two years of experience as a Microsoft System Administrator, Network Administrator, or Security Administrator.
Knowledge and Skills
Experience with Active Directory design and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in various hardware including switches, firewalls, servers, etc.
Experience VMware ESX/vSphere.
Experience with Cloud products and hybrid models.
Excellent verbal & written & interpersonal communication skills: must be able to establish & maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the company, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
Highly motivated and self-directed; proactive & responsive to change in Information Systems; able to recognize issues and inconsistencies and bring them to the attention of the team.
Demonstrated project management skills including development of project timelines, team assignments, project updates, and on-time completion; work should be thorough, accurate, and organized.
Able to travel to and work at other locations as needed.About Us
