    Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a job in Pipestone, Minnesota.

    role with a sign-on bonus of up to

    $15k sign-on bonus

    7 PM – 7 AM schedule .


    Responsibilities:
    Administer medications and treatments following nursing standards of practice.
    Monitor residents' conditions and update care plans as needed.
    Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
    Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations.

    Qualifications:
    Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
    Active LPN license in the state of practice.
    Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    Strong communication and clinical skills.
