    Position Highlights
    • Role: BC Gastroenterologist
    • Setting: Established health system with strong primary care and specialist referral base
    • Practice Type: Outpatient-focused with inpatient consults/procedures as needed (can be tailored based on your interests)
    • Procedures: Bread-and-butter GI, with support to develop niches (advanced endoscopy, hepatology, etc., if desired)
    • Schedule: Flexible schedule designed to promote balance and prevent burnout
    • Support: Experienced clinical support staff and access to modern equipment and facilities
    Compensation & Benefits
    • Sign-on Bonus of $TBD
    • Amount paid to relocate - Up to $TBD
    • 25 days Paid Time Off (PTO)
    • 6 paid holidays as designated by Peterson Health
    • $5,000 CME allowance
    • $1,000 annual allowance for subscriptions to professional publications and professional membership dues related to area of practice
    • 40hrs of paid leave annually to obtain continuing medical education
    • Paid:
    • Three-year Employment Agreement
    • Comprehensive benefits package
    • Base pay $525k
    • Call pay $800 all call days (10 days of call a month required)
