    Job title: NOC Representative

    Description
    Synergy Network Specialist
    A front-line operations and engineering support professional is required to ensure uninterrupted services within our Network Operations Center (NOC).

    The primary function is to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to commercial Optical, Carrier, VIP and fiber-based products. Using advanced deployment and break-fix methodologies, you will propel success through accurate diagnostics and efficient repairs.

    Duties and responsibilities include the following:
    • Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
    • Drive the operations center efficiency by performing routine and documented functions and troubleshooting escalations.
    • Ensure accuracy of service agreements through service monitoring, assurance and reliability for carrier and commercial clients.
    • Resolve complex issues by identifying and executing processes and escalating them to higher level technical resources as needed.


    Key Qualifications:
    • Able to comprehend fundamental technical concepts with analytical, organizational and time management skills.
    • Effective communicator with issue resolution and critical thinking skills.
    • Proven ability using diagnostic tools and technology-specific software.
    • Ability to read and follow documented processes and procedures.
