    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Perform daily Loan Documentation tasks for commercial lending, including document preparation, booking loans, and perfecting liens. Will conduct relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Responsible for preparing loan documents and ensuring the loan documentation meets all bank policy requirements before they are delivered to the loan officer.
    • Perfect liens on all types of collateral, including, but not limited to real estate, vehicles, and company assets.
    • Review AccuAccount to verify that all necessary pre-closing documentation for loans is scanned in and meets bank policy.
    • Responsible for ensuring loan requests have proper approvals according to bank policy.
    • Assist Loan Coordinators and Loan Officers as needed.
    • Assists with clearing documentation exceptions.
    • Consistently meet the expectations defined in Central Bank's six standards of Living Legendary.
    ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Assist others in the department as needed and/or directed.
    • May be assigned other duties and responsibilities.
    Requirements

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
    • High school education or equivalent.
    • Previous experience documenting commercial loans.
    • Must be able to demonstrate flexibility in terms of providing back up to other positions within the department.
    • Proficient with of Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Must possess good judgment and organization skills, the ability to prioritize, and handle confidential information.
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English. Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
