    The Exciting Opportunity

    • The Business Strategy Analyst - Deposit Offers role focuses on analyzing and optimizing deposit promotional offer campaigns. This position involves setting learning agendas, making recommendations for offer enhancements, creating business cases, and influencing investment decisions. The analyst will also establish key performance indicators, monitor campaign execution, and collaborate with various teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Information Technology.
    • Responsibilities include providing insights on industry trends, strategic direction, and market developments. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders to drive business strategies effectively.
    • This role requires being in the office four days a week and is available in select locations. Relocation assistance is not provided.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Leading discussions with collaborators to share analysis findings
    • Integrating analytic and business strategies
    • Developing frameworks to address business questions
    • Evaluating strategic insights related to business performance
    • Influencing business decisions using expertise and skills
    • Providing guidance and training to team members
    • Ensuring effective risk management and compliance

    What You Need:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience
    • 8+ years of data & analytics or strategy consulting experience
    • Experience in developing strategic plans based on analysis
    • Strong analytical skills and data analysis experience
    • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Tableau, R, Python
    • Ability to influence business decisions

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in deposit or credit card product management
    • Strong communication skills and experience with data analysis
    • Previous military experience is a plus

    What We Offer:

    Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and market data. Salary range for this position: $120,550 - $230,400.

    Pay incentives based on performance and at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
