Position Responsibilities as an Asphalt Superintendent:

Oversee asphalt paving operations

Ensure safety compliance on job sites

Communicate with crew members and clients in a professional manner

Manage and operate paving equipment as needed

Deliver top-notch results with a focus on quality and efficiency

Position Essential Job Functions as an Asphalt Superintendent:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within asphalt paving

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Position Skills:

Experience in safety compliance

Strong communication skills

Ability to operate paving equipment

Team leadership
