    Responsibilities

    Evaluates potential referrals for admission and shares results of his review with Physician and Charge Nurse. Collects and analyses large sets of various data and reports findings monthly to the Director. The incumbent should have experience in working in the medical and psychiatric field. The incumbent contributes to program development quality improvement problem solving and productivity enhancement in collaboration with medical and nursing leadership rehabilitation therapy staff and nursing staff. Must have superior organization skills and assist staff on the unit as needed. Applies Dignity Health Core Values to the performance of every job duty.     Qualifications
  • Experience in working in the medical and psychiatric field. Must have superior organization skills and assist staff on the unit as needed. Excellent written and interpersonal skills for functioning in a team environment. Working knowledge of regulatory and reimbursement mechanisms. Ability to function independently in a fast-paced stressful environment.
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google documents
  • Graduate of four-year bachelors degree program in a health-related business or marketing area of concentration preferred.
