- Supervise the construction and rehabilitation of homes
- Maintain aggressive schedules on a daily basis
- Manage budgets for each project and generate progress reports
- Promote and ensure job site safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately
- Supervise completion of punch list
- Work directly with homeowners
- Perform quality control inspections
- Read and interpret engineered plans
- Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist with permit applications and inspections
- Assist Production Manager with any other related duties as assigned
- Minimum 3 years experience in residential construction
- College education in Construction Management is preferred but not required
- Experience in scattered lot preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Flexible and able to accommodate changing priorities and directions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task with advanced problem-solving techniques, proficient in communication skills with timely follow up, uphold high value for customer service relationships and exemplify integrity, passion, and professionalism. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing residential new construction and rehabilitation activities in a scattered lot environment. This role requires strong attention to detail and complete confidentiality.
