    Principal Analyst, Capital Markets & Risk

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop forecasts for the company's loans and deposits portfolio for CCAR stress testing and internal scenario analyses
    • Create and maintain revenue and expense forecast models and analyses to support stress testing requirements, business growth, and strategic initiatives
    • Analyze historical and current trends in key performance indicators such as revenue, expenses, and capital
    • Monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and investigate reasons for unexpected variances
    • Analyze intricate financial data and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
    • Conduct ad hoc analysis using data from internal financial systems and external market databases, and present insights in a clear and concise manner
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify areas and processes for enhancing efficiencies
    • Utilize Business Intelligence Tools and Dashboard reports

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, Finance, or Economics
    • Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or CFM
    • At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling
    • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Skills in SQL and Python
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
