    Head of Global Supply Chain

    Global Supply Chain Leadership Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Head of Global Supply Chain at Snap Inc.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global supply chain strategy that supports the company's growth goals and ensures availability of high-quality products.
    • Manage supplier relationships, sourcing strategies, and internal engineering partnerships across the entire supply chain, focusing on Snap AR glasses (Spectacles).
    • Define and implement supply management strategies to optimize costs, access differentiated technology, influence business direction, and protect the company through robust contracts.
    • Communicate and interact globally with stakeholders, executive management, and partners to build strategic partnerships.
    • Drive data and analytics culture to proactively identify opportunities, model desired outcomes, and effectively manage performance.
    • Responsible for quality, product and material availability, and cost for the Spectacles product.
    • Influence product strategy, engineering decisions, and ability to drive industry-level change.

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of the electronic manufacturing environment, materials, and processes.
    • Experience building and scaling supply chains from startup phase to mass production volumes.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate cross-cultural teams.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with suppliers at the C-Suite level.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain or equivalent post-graduate qualification required.
    • 14+ years of professional experience in an executive leadership role within a global matrix-managed multi-site company with manufacturing and supplier operations spread over multiple continents.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in the consumer electronics industry with sourcing background in high-volume mechanical parts is highly desired.
