Job summary
We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Designer with a plumbing background to join our team and support a high volume of residential and commercial projects.The AutoCAD Designer will be responsible for producing accurate plumbing drawings for single-family homes, multi-family developments, hotels, podiums, and high-rise projects.,
Responsibilities
- Create and revise plumbing AutoCAD drawings for:Single-family residential projectsMulti-family projects (apartments, condos assisted living)Hotels podiums and high-rise buildingsDevelop layouts forDomestic water sanitary vent gas systemsRiser diagrams isometricsCoordinate drawings with architectural structural MEP plansIncorporate RFIs ASIs approved change orders into drawingsSupport project managers with drawing updates clarification field useEnsure drawings complyLocal codes jurisdiction requirementsCompany standards project specificationsMaintain organized CAD files drawing revisions
