    • Psychiatrist (MD) at Northshore Minds, PLLC in Wakefield, MA
    • Seeking Full-Time in-person Psychiatrist to work in private outpatient setting with adults, adolescents and children, to provide medication management and psychotherapy.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Preferred experience working with children, adolescents, and adults as a psychiatrist
    • Experience and/or strong interest in psychotherapy
    • Ability to complete documentation accurately and in timely fashion to maintain clinical care
    • Proficiency in psychiatric assessment, evaluation, and longitudinal treatment
    • Excellent interpersonal communication
    • Organizational skills
    • Psychiatrist (MD)- in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
    • Current federal and state-controlled substance certification/registration
    • Therapy and Counseling – Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.
    • Psychology – Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Medication management/Psychopharmacology for all age ranges
    • Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
    • Parent guidance/Family work
    • Remain knowledgeable regarding issues of assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning
    • Attend and actively participate in psychiatry team meetings
    • Perform related duties as assigned
    • Assist with marketing efforts and serve as a role model to reflect commitment to vision of Northshore Minds
