    Description
    Boylston Staffing is looking for a Temporary to Hire Senior Staff Account. Will report to the Director of General Accounting and Compliance. Will prepare and support complex financial reporting including audited financial statements and report and special projects.

    Duties include:
    • Analyzing monthly revenue
    • Month, Quarter and Year End reconciliations
    • Preparing annual financial statements
    • Handling external audits
    • Managing 401(a) retirement plan audits and annual returns
    • Develop policies and procedures practices
    • Must have strong technical accounting background (GAAP)
    • Strong Excel (pivot tables, macros)
    • Strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem solving
    • Knowledge of financial statements
    • Prepare annual 990, 990T M990t forms
    • BA degree in Accounting
    • 3-5 years of experience in Accounting (prefer Non-Profit)
    • CPA is a plus
    • 75K-90K depending on experience
