    JOB OVERVIEWThe Project manager will manage the Interactive Response Technology (IRT) development of clinical trials from study award to go live, while ensuring that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.

    Flexibility and supportive leaders empower us to explore and grow career in new waysESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAnalyze the protocol and discuss the system needs with the clientAuthor the user requirement documents and review with the client study team and internal teamsManage the study timelines and ensure study gets delivered before First Patient In (FPI)Manage and coordinate all technical and service aspects of complex projects and strategic programsReview scope against initial proposal and manage needed budget changesManage the UAT activities based on the client needsTake leadership on study programs or client accounts to define standards, lessons learned, support sales and be part of SME teamsManage system change requests for protocol amendments or strategic initiativesProvide peer-level training, mentoring of new hires and Jr.

    PM Staff, along with the creation and delivery of formal technical training sessionsMay participate in Investigator meetings, bid defenses, quarterly business reviews with clients; support both client and qualification audits; and present at trade shows.

    Partner with other managers cross-functionally to develop and implement business process improvementsProvide input into the writing and review of Standard Operating ProceduresProvide design input to the Proposals Group related to new work/solutions or complex system changesQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience2+ years of IRT experience required5+ years project management and/or clinical trial management experience preferredStrong customer service ethic, always providing excellent service to both internal and external clients.

    Established acumen in working with external clientsAccountable to perform tasks on-time and with high quality.

    potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $95, $142, The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
