    Description

    Job Description

    Indrotec is currently hiring a Welder for a client located in Champlin. Previous experience is required. Pay will be dependent upon the candidate's experience.

    Qualified candidates will have the following skills and abilities

    • Understanding of various welding processes such as MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), stick welding, flux-cored arc welding, and oxy-acetylene welding.
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to understand project requirements and specifications.
    • Knowledge of different types of metals and alloys, as well as their properties and characteristics. Skill in preparing metal surfaces for welding, including cleaning, grinding, and beveling.
    • Maintain part quality by completing audits
    • Competence in operating and maintaining welding equipment, including welding machines, torches, electrodes, and gas cylinders.
    • Other duties as assigned
    Requirements
    • Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, stick, and/or flux-cored welding.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and welding symbols.
    • Drug test and background check
    • High School Diploma or GED
    Schedule
    • Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM
