**Position Description:**
**Delivery Specialist** to take part in the most important and exciting part of our process. As a Delivery Specialist you will provide exceptional customer service and facilitate positive interactions with our customers. You will have the opportunity to make the customers dreams come true by successfully delivering their car and taking them on the most exciting test drive of their life We encourage our team members to go above and beyond for our customers and really make the delivery experience unique.
The ideal Delivery Specialist candidate will have a charismatic personality to engage with our customers and make the gettacar experience fun and memorable. Delivery Specialist candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and other departments.
**Well count on you to:**
Coordinate with the operations team and deliver our customers vehicle in a safe and timely manner
Communicate clearly with our customers by providing them with a thorough walk through of their vehicle
Provide concise answers regarding the customers vehicle, their contract, or any other potential questions
Ride alongside our customers in a test drive to ensure complete satisfaction of their new vehicle
Review documents with the customer to ensure all signature requirements are met
Go the extra mile and beyond for our customers by creating an unforgettable delivery experience, which may include surprise gifts
Incite a level of loyalty and enthusiasm by taking a picture of the customer with their new vehicle to post on gettacar's social media

**Skills & Qualifications:**
3+ years of experience providing a world class experience in a face to face customer service setting
Bachelors degree preferred
Must exemplify the Four Cs of Delivery Hero Success -- Collaboration, Communication, Customer Service, and Charisma
Demonstrated history of working on a team and building and maintaining positive relationships
All applicants must pass a Department of Transportation screening
Previous automotive experience is not required
