    Program ManagerSalary: $22/per hourMissionGenesys Works is a nonprofit organization that trains and employs high school seniors to perform professional services for major corporations.

    Our mission is to provide pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships.

    Purpose of PositionThe Operations Coordinator is a key role to support cross-functional operations and systems improvement.

    This role will support general cross-site operational needs but will play a specific role in supporting the program team and ensuring that appropriate processes and systems are in place related to new internships, recruitment, placements, corporate partnership renewals, and supporting communications and fundraising functions.

    Success will require strong collaboration with multiple teams to create, implement, and maintain processes that improve impact for students, funders, and corporate partners, prioritize efficiency for the team, and streamline data collection processes.

    This role will be for approximately 20 hours per week, and the salary will be $22 per hour.

    Qualified candidates will possess:

    Provide operational support for major program initiatives, including student and corporate partnership recruitment/stewardship, summer training, college access, events, and college success programs.

    Regularly perform data audits in Salesforce to ensure integrity of data and that applicable dashboards represent accurate and up to date data as well as create and update accounts in Salesforce.


    Responsible for general Salesforce admin support, for example:
    supporting with Business Unit data, billing rates, invoice requirements (purchase orders, etc.). Additionally, utilize platforms that integrate with Salesforce, including Pardot, Form Assembly, and SignalVine. Provide support in planning and running of events. Provide back up to other operational efforts/initiatives as needed. Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager and the External Relations Director in preparation for stakeholder meetings and other associated events. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to work independently while maintaining a team focus; Strong sense of accountability for both organizational success and personal development; Ability to problem-solve; Ability to effectively communicate with and manage relationships with external partners; Strong presence and leadership in group setting with young people; Ability to relate to and work with diverse populations in diverse settings (i.e. students, corporate partners, funders, and school administrators); Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, MS Office Suite, and Canva; Must pass a criminal background check Must be able to commute to the DC office occasionally Physical RequirementsIncluding, but not limited to standing and sitting for long periods of time; speaking loudly and clearly; seeing and hearing things both near and far away; and reaching, stooping, kneeling, and fine-finger and hand manipulation in use of a computer, chalkboard, dry erase board, or projector.

    Employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
