- Analyzes actual and predictable, interacting, operational activities of systems to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision-making through the application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques
- Devises modeling and measuring techniques, and utilizes mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematics techniques (linear programming, game theory, probability theory, symbolic language, etc.) and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines to investigate complex issues, identify, and solve problems, and aid better decision making

- Assists in addressing requirements and the evaluation of data assessment strategies: sampling, statistical analysis, evaluation, flow processing, and management assessment strategies
- Develops cost-benefit analysis, data collection, data analysis, risk analysis, simulation model execution, economic analysis, and operational effectiveness studies
- Delivers innovative, flexible, integrated solutions to meet changing business needs
- Experience in working with Web developers to create leadership and SME dashboards, including Web enabled data collection for operations, activities, and investments (OAIs)
- Ability to build analytical models for strategic and campaign assessments, including military assessment and strategic risks
- BA or BS degree Operations Research, CS, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with applying critical thinking towards the development of resource, force posture, and budgetary recommendations for command modernization to shape a client program
- Ability to develop a paradigm for assessment integration into planning and development for the J5 and J3
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Possession of excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

This is a new and high profile contract cybercom J5 contract, that has just ramped up
Provide operations research analysis to support the US Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM)'s strategic assessments of Cyberspace operations
Work with the security defense and Combatant Command assessments of past activities to progress toward campaign objectives
Leverage advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts to assist USCYBERCOM with advancing performance and operating, efficiently
Assist the client with planning programs, including recommending technological application programs to accomplish long-range objectives
-5 years of experience as an operations research analyst
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
