    Our team in Military Aircraft Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. You will report directly to the Site General Manager and support a team of 12 Site Leaders.

    A successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast paced, high activity work environment and demonstrate strong customer service, time management, and organization skills.

    Additionally, they should be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

    To be considered for an Executive Assistant, here's what you'll need to bring with you:


    • An Associates Degree in Business or related major, or equivalent experience.
    • At least 6 years of relevant, progressive, experience in a full-time setting.

    As an Executive Assistant, you will:

    • Support all Military Aircraft Group site leadership.
    • Collaborate with team leaders to schedule meetings, organize team events, and coordinate schedules. Provide logistical support to ensure smooth team operations.
    • Draft clear and concise announcements for internal communication. Ensure timely distribution through appropriate channels such as email, company intranet, or bulletin boards.
    • Act as the lead for the Moog Store by providing assistance to customers, handling any inquires, and managing inventory.
    • Cross train with other Administrative Assistants and provide backup support as necessary.

    Salary Range:

    • The base pay for this opportunity is $46, $80,433.60/year.
