SIMOS is hiring a Performance Team Lead for a large distribution center in Adairsville, GA This position is responsible for coordinating associate activities in the production process and will monitor associates' performance.
The ideal candidate will be committed to coaching team members and improving the worksite's training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.
Assists Supervisor with setting up daily/weekly work assignments for staff.Shift Information:

Communicate effectively with supervisor and client operations
Train new hires in all available departments
Monitor performance & safety for every associate
Effectively engage with team members to help cultivate

Position Requirements:
Assist supervisor and operations in ongoing tasks to service the client on-site.
Great tactfulness and attendance are a must
Moderate work with computers and integrated operating systems
Limited OT opportunities will be available
Leadership/management skills are a plus
