to join the Transportation Group.
This position actively manages day-to-day business including business development and timely delivery of both technical and administrative projects assigned to the sector.

Manage and facilitate project communications with internal and external customers and suppliers.Manage projects including proposals, project budget, schedule, scope, invoicing, and accounts receivable on time and within budget.
Guide the design of projects, ensuring QA/QC is performed on all calculations and deliverables.
Write proposals and attend interviews; market the transportation sector's services to existing and new clients and ensure that Fisher Associates is known and visible in the marketplace.
Provide input on Go/No Go decisions for RFP's.Oversee preparation of construction bid packages for transportation projects; providing direction to internal design staff; and communicating with clients and regulatory approving agencies.
Other duties as assigned.Requirements
Education & Experience
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
10+ years transportation design and project management experience
Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain PE license
Prior staff management preferred.
Client relationship and business development experience preferred.
Experience with MS Office programs.
