    Locum Tenens Physician Opportunity in Traumatic Brain Injury and General Medicine

    This position offers the flexibility to work on a PRN basis, supporting veterans with essential health assessments. The job details include:

    • Position: Physician specializing in Traumatic Brain Injury and General Medicine
    • Schedule: PRN basis with flexible shifts, including options for half-days (4 hours) or full days (8 hours)

    The exam types include:

    • Non-treatment Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams
    • Separation health assessments

    The focus of these exams is primarily interview-based assessments that may include physical assessments such as range of motion and muscle strength testing along with the evaluation of traumatic brain injuries.

    Focusing on Both General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury Evaluations:


    Treatment is not required or permitted; instead, our physicians cover veterans within their own practice by performing examinations at leased facilities.

    The physician must be board-certified in one of the following specialties:  Neurology ,Neurosurgery, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). Additionally,
    a Michigan state license is necessary..
    Technology-wise,a personal laptop is expected;(no MACs accepted). Key skills require proficiency using a goniometer plus familiarity

    among musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions.Skilled professionals should also be able to perform METs tests,detect respiratory,respiratory,
