    Career Opportunity as a full-time Director of Sales and Marketing now available at Raymus Homes.


    Director of Sales and Marketing oversees all sales and marketing operations - managing personnel, budgets, business plans, and community launches from the logo and Opening Party through the last move-in.

    The Director also manages the ongoing review of sales programs, incentives, pricing, competition shopping, and coaching/training/motivation/mentoring of sales team.


    Candidates must have 3-4 years of combined management/sales/marketing experience, complete understanding of the sales process and the selling cycle as it relates to new home sales environment, strong coaching and mentoring skills, be self-directed, accurate, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    This will be a competitive salaried position depending on experience - plus generous health, vision, and dental benefits.

    Compensation dependent on experience.

    Estimated salary range for this position:
    $100,000 - $130,000.


    Qualifications:
    California Real Estate License (current)
    Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a Lead Sales or Sales Management role
    Minimum of 3-4 years experience in the homebuilding industry with an emphasis on Sales and Marketing
    Proficient in major social media platforms and all Microsoft Office Suite programs
    Must have clean driving record / be able to be covered by Raymus Homes Auto Insurance Policy
    Able to lift and move 30 pounds
    Bachelor's Degree a plus
    Experience with ECI MarkSystems and Lasso CRM a plus


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Complete understanding of the sales process and selling cycle as it relates to the new home sales environment.
    Strong coaching and mentoring skills. Must be effective at giving and receiving feedback.
    Ability to evaluate data and information to suggest business decisions and strategy to management.
    Clear understanding of marketing and implementation strategies.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    High degree of professionalism.
    Team player.
    Sound judgement and high level of integrity.
    Self-directed, takes initiative, proactively addresses problems, can work with minimal oversight.
    Accurate; with attention to detail while staying focused on the big picture.
