NATURE AND SCOPE
Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards the Compensation Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting and evolving the organization's overall compensation programs and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Demonstrated success in designing delivering incentive commission plans
- Experience working with compensation benchmarking software HR Management systems BetterComp Dayforce experience preferred
