    Description for Microelectronics Mission Manager SME - TS/SCI with CI Poly Vector is seeking a Microelectronics Mission Manager SME to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, Maryland.

    An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

    The candidate will support Government staff in developing a broad range of written products in support of senior leadership and USG policymakers.

    Responsibilities

    • Focus on Microelectronics, Semiconductors, and the Creating Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductors (CHIPS) Act
    • Provide subject matter expertise on microelectronics to inform national-level intelligence and strategic issues.
    • Support decision makers and special projects on intelligence integration issues to include the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior IC members, policy makers, military decision makers, and members of Congress. Minimum Requirements
    • Must have an Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
    • Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to senior IC members.
    • BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or master's with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience
    • Three (3) years' experience working with or in the Intelligence Community
    • Previous experience collaborating with collection managers.
    • Experience / familiarity in the following topics: microelectronics, semiconductors, and the CHIPS Act
    • Strong communication skills are required to work with multiple organizations.
    • Experience working within the IC is mandatory.
    • Significant demonstrated experience with collection and analytical missions of the Cyber AOR
    • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups.
