- Lead alongside in the UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring a smooth and captivating user journey from concept to launch.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and transform them into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct competitive analysis to craft unique and user-friendly experiences while prioritizing simplicity and usability.
- Apply Product and UX best practices to develop visually appealing interfaces, and establish and promote well-defined design style guides.
- Design user-centered interfaces aligned with creative and business needs, showcasing our brand identity and design standards.
- Integrate customer feedback, usage data, and usability research insights into designs to optimize user experience systems and patterns.
- Develop and refine top-notch UI elements such as input controls, navigation systems, and informative components to improve the usability of UX designs.
- Create and enhance original graphic designs including images, infographics, and charts to enrich visual communication.
- Possess over 7 years of experience in the UX field.
- Hold a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Showcase a robust portfolio illustrating your expertise in product design for both web (desktop and mobile) and standalone mobile apps.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to ensure smooth delivery of new features, enhancements, and MVP products.
- Demonstrate proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop), as well as Sketch, InVision, Google Workspace, and others.
- Apply visual design principles effectively, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Possess a basic understanding of core web principles such as the CSS box model and relevant coding languages, along with familiarity with CMSs like Webflow or WordPress.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail and have a discerning eye for aesthetics.
- Excel as a team player with outstanding communication skills, capable of clearly articulating ideas, designs, and suggestions.
- Have experience in creating or managing Design Systems, including style guides, component libraries, or pattern libraries.
- While experience in insurance, banking, or other regulated industries is preferred, it's not a mandatory requirement.
