- Pre-Arrival verbal and written communication with church partners/parents ensuring the following:
- All Medical forms are complete and accurate.
- Special Diets are complete and accurate.
- Troubleshooting any areas partners/parents are stuck in the registration process.
- Creation of all check in packets for all camp centers prior to weekly check ins
- Reports and details pulled weekly for operations departments.
- Background checks completed weekly for leaders and volunteers of church partners.
- Conducts check ins at assigned camp center for all weekly events throughout the summer:
- Ensures accuracy of roster
- Provides check in packets.
- Actively supports and participates in staff bonding and spiritual life activities.
- Performs all other duties, as assigned.
- College degree, or significant job experience in customer service, guest relations, and/or related hospitality/tourism industry experience
- Strong office experience, with excellent computer and database skills.
