    60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome.

    About Us

    We're a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.

    Job Description

    • Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients.
    • Collaborate with our dynamic team of Providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage and treat patients.
    • Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.
    • Utilize our custom technology to support providers with patient messaging, track patient progress, and gain insights into outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience caring for diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
    • Excellent clinical knowledge, communication and organizational skills.
    • Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes.
    • Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care.
    • Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline.
    • A commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care.
