    The primary role of the Cook is planning, preparing and cooking of food items to ensure the highest quality of product and experience for members and guests.

    Core Responsibilities:


    • Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas (i.e. chopping vegetables, cutting meat, preparing sauces)

    • Setup, clean, organize and stock cooking stations with supplies, products and equipment

    • Recognize and resolve guest complaints and concerns, while maintaining an elevated dining experience and service standards

  • Assist with weekly food ordering and monthly inventory.
  • Knowledge in Health department policies and procedures. The capability to assist with kitchen inspections.
  • Qualifications:

    • Customer service experience

    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

    • Cooking experience

    Experience is preparing food for private events is a plus Weddings, banquets, tournaments etc.
