- Experience doing professional makeup for television including close-up shots
- Work at a fast pace and provide touch ups when needed.
- Should be able to do makeup fitting for newscasters and journalists.
- Makeup Artist who stays up on the latest advances in professional makeup practices and tools.
- Must practice safety standards and protocols, maintain a clean workstation and equipment.
- Must be able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends, stand for long periods of time, and work well with a team.
- Maintain strong people and communication skills in a competitive, pressurized environment
- Work under intense deadline pressure
- Must be available to work weekends, long hours or varying shifts when necessary to meet production and broadcast deadlines.
- 5 years of professional makeup experience preferred.
- TV & Film experience a plus.
